From 2005 to 2010, our company was the general agent in China for the 13C Breath test analyzer of Fischer Analysen Instrumente GmbH.

Since 2010, Shanghai Topfeel Medtech Co., Ltd. has developed a domestic 13C breath test analyzer with independent intellectual property rights. From 2008 to 2010, Topfeel,SRICI and Ruijin Hospital share a project from Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality: "Study on product technology of synthesizing stable isotope".

Using the stable isotope 13C for labelling carbon to synthesize octanoic acid, methacetin and glucose, applying Topfeel s analyzer to test, diagnosing and evaluating gastric emptying kinetics, liver function and glucose absorption and utilisation, the result is gratifying. Topfeel signed a sole Urea [13C] Powder Breath Test Kit agency agreement with PUMC Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. from 2013 to 2018.

Set up in 2014, Topfeel Jiangxi branch produce DOB-series 13C-breath test analyzers, which apply pulsed infrared light source and dual channel infrared detector, has the advantages of simple structure and eliminating environmental interference. The analyzer is used to detect Helicobacter pylori accurately and easily and safely. The 13C breath test can also be used in scientific research,e.g. quantitative detection of liver function, gastric emptying kinetics, exocrine pancreas function etc.

In July 2021, the Jiangxi branch of Shanghai Topfeel Medtech Co., Ltd. officially obtained the registration certificate of 14C breath test Analyzer and breath card, then TOPFEEL took a step forward in the breath test market.
